ELoGE IN FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA 2023 – THE OPERATIONAL PHASES

The ELoGE FVG 2023 Programme is developed through three operational phases:

1. Implementation phase (November-end of December 2024)
2. Evaluation Phase (mid of January 2024)
3. Final Award Ceremony (end-December 2024)

1. Implementation Phase

Between September and November 2023, the following activities will be implemented with the support and coordination of ISIG:

Online in-formative workshop with ELoGE participating municipalities (general presentation of the Programme, sharing of the “new ELoGE tools: self-assessment Benchmark, questionnaire to citizens, elected representatives and municipal employees; introduction to the operational steps – timing and deadlines – and next steps) – 25 September 2023

Start of the compilation of the Self–Assessment Benchmark and the administration of the 3 questionnaires by the municipalities – November-End of December 2024 (closing of data collection)

Monitoring workshop to analyse the state of the art of the municipalities regarding the compilation of the Benchmark and the administration of the 3 questionnaires – 9 and 13 October 2023 in presence.

2. Evaluation phase

At mid of January 2024, the results of the self-assessment by the municipalities and the 3 questionnaires will be forwarded to the National Evaluation Platform, which will meet and deliberate on the final list of ELoGE-labelled municipalities.

3. Final Award Ceremony

At the end of January 2024, AICCRE FVG will award those municipalities that have successfully completed the entire process and thus achieved a high level of democratisation according to the standards of the Council of Europe.
