Great success of the second phase of the Leadership Academy Program (LAP) in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, which took place in the picturesque setting of Grado!
On 26-27 October 2023, the second phase of the LAP focused on modules covering crucial aspects of leadership: Leadership mindset for teamwork, Identifying personal leadership styles, Team communication skills, Organizational culture, Organizations open to learning and Scenario-based planning.
The engaging sessions incorporated numerous practical exercises, both individual and group, and interactive games. Participants took the opportunity not only to learn, but also to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios.
The energy and commitment of the participants were remarkable, fostering an environment of collaborative learning and growth.
We are excited to announce that the third phase of this program is scheduled for November 16-18, 2023, with dynamic and in-depth sessions designed to continue cultivating the skills and leadership capabilities of our participants.
