On the 4th of December, ISIG marked a significant milestone for the ODYSSEUS project as we successfully conducted the first ODYSSEUS Ethics Workshop!
Focused on Data Protection and Ethics, the workshop delved into the ethical requirements and risks intertwined with the technological advancements and application of Artificial Intelligence solutions in border management.
We presented the Ethics Framework of the ODYSSEUS project to all partners. The workshop also included an interactive session of discussion aimed at recognising and validating potential ethical risks while collaboratively identifying effective mitigation measures.
This internal consortium workshop was a crucial step in ensuring that the project advancements in border management align with the highest ethical standards. Together, we are forging a path towards responsible innovation!
