The project aims to update the Municipal Civil Protection Plan of the Municipality of Lucca in a participatory manner with the citizens. Updating the Plan in a participatory manner guarantees an active role on the part of citizens in protecting the community, the sharing of ideas and skills by everyone and contributing to the construction of a Plan that truly responds to the needs of citizens.
Participatory civil protection plans are not just technical documents drawn up by experts; they are collective safety guides created with the contribution of all of us, aiming to build an informed and prepared community during emergencies.
