Description Activity I: Support for the development of a methodology and related tools for the monitoring and evaluation of electoral processes in Council of Europe’s member states.
Description of Activity II: Elaboration of an “electoral context methodology”, that is a series of guidelines that will support the Electoral Assistance Department in structuring its electoral cooperation interventions in member states; elaboration of strategies and implementation of action plans aimed at promoting the performance and integrity of elections.
Description of Activity III: Pilot project for the application of methodologies for the elaboration of strategic plans aimed at the electoral commissions of the Territorial Administrative Unit of Gagauzia and the Republic of Moldova.
