In the past few days, we were in Finland for the Second Stage of the Council of Europe’s Leadership Academy Program!
The possibility for us as Institute to work with local administrators in Finland is an amazing chance of developing new skills, experience and… working on Good Governance!
The second stage of the Leadership Academy Program witnessed 20 public officials, representing local authorities and the newly established well-being counties.
It was also the occasion to present the newly adopted Recommendation CM/Rec(2023)5 on the principles of good democratic governance, becoming the first legal instrument on this topic!
The Leadership Academy is part of a broader initiatives contributing to the current reform on regional governance in Finland! More information about this programme can be found on this link!
