ISIG is the scientific partner of RA FVG in the Start Learning Cities Up project with the task of developing an integrated analysis system to support municipalities aspiring to be recognized as Learning Cities by UNESCO. This theoretical and methodological framework enables local and regional authorities to analyze, from a Learning City perspective, their projects, their target community, map and assess stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to develop their own characteristics in order to meet UNESCO’s criteria for being recognized as a Learning City.
