Description: The project proposes an innovative approach to engaging the public in choosing a healthy lifestyle.
The project includes:
1) interactive workshops offering practical solutions for healthy choices and
2) a Multilevel Framework for Sustainable Sporting Events, easily adaptable to different contexts.
The goal is to promote inclusion (intergenerational cooperation, integration of minorities, refugees, and people with disabilities) through physical activity, fostering social connection.
ISIG, the leader of WP2, will conduct a survey aimed at identifying the main challenges people face in leading a healthy lifestyle and understanding how to help them make healthier choices. ISIG will also be responsible for drafting the final survey report, which will guide the project’s future activities.
