Leadership Academy for Cross-border Cooperation – Armenia Georgia (Stage 1 – Stage 2 – Stage3 – Stage 4)

Description:

  • Stage 1 – Stage 2: In order to develop the capacities of local authorities in the Armenian and Georgian communities to promote cross-border cooperation through a training program based on the Leadership for Cross-Border Cooperation (LAP for CBC) toolkit developed by the Competence Center for Good Governance and ISIG. Under FC 8603-2019-001, Lot No. 2, the following services were requested and performed:
    • ACTIVITY 1 – Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for participants of the Leadership Academy for Cross-Border Cooperation.
    • ACTIVITY 2 – Preparation of program, materials and handouts for 2 training sessions.
    • ACTIVITY 3 – Online training for Armenian and Georgian co-trainers in preparation for the two training sessions.
    • ACTIVITY 4 – Implementation of 2 training sessions for Armenian and Georgian municipalities, in cooperation with local experts (May and October 2022).
    • ACTIVITY 5 – Drafting report and recommendations for next steps.
  • Stage 3 – Stage 4: In order to develop the capacities of local authorities of the Armenian and Georgian communities to promote cross-border cooperation through a training program based on the Leadership for Cross-Border Cooperation (LAP for CBC) toolkit developed by the Competence Center for Good Governance and ISIG.
