The framework contract for the provision of international consulting services on good governance and public financial management, includes the following activities (summary list):

– Capacity building workshop on ELoGE and ReBuS for the Centre of Expertise for Good Governance (CEGG) – Strasbourg, May 2024.

– Review and update of the ELoGE Benchmark in light of the piloting exercise in FVG and the workshop with the CEGG team in Strasbourg.

– Maintain and update E-DEN based on CEGG reports and the revised ELo-GE Benchmark.

– Prepare an updated version of the IMC Toolkit to reflect recent trends and examples, including those collected in recent project activities in Armenia, etc.

– To support AICCRE in the implementation of the Leadership Academy program for Cross-Border Cooperation and Resilience in Italy, Slovenia and Croatia.
