The value of Good Governance according to its Principles

Working Group – 24-25 February 2022, Strasbourg

An intense two days of discussion and debate on the application of the 12 Principles of Good Democratic Governance at all levels of government. ISIG was involved in a working group that focused on the contents of the “Draft Recommendation” elaborated by the European Committee for Democracy and Governance (CDDG). In developing this process, the working group also drew on the experience of the implementation of the European Governance Label of Excellence (ELoGE), promoted by the Council of EuropeCentre of Expertise for Good Governance.
