Content: Prior to this report, the project deployed in research on national analyzes regarding the development of mandatory elements and standards for the general and special professional training Programs. This research was summarised in a report that also offered an overview of the international practices focusing on the criteria and standards for the accreditation of training providers. Main common elements of all these practices, were Identified in terms of quality assurance of the training, that is ensuring adequate training environment, training, expertise and outcomes, to be used as guidelines for the development of a professional training of LSG employees in Serbia.
