Abstract: The activities of the Project SIMPLE (WP3 in specific, summarized in the Annexes) provide the necessary tools for the elaboration of the Adriatic Action Plan for promoting and enhancing minority groups and the establishment of the Adriatic Permanent Observatory on minority communities. The main aim of the Action Plan is to assist the Permanent Observatory, composed by Beneficiaries and open to all stakeholders. Axes on which the Action Plan is based are:
1. Classifying key issues to be monitored by the Adriatic Observatory;
2. Identifying sets of indicators;
3. Producing a set of recommendations for the work of the Adriatic Observatory.
