The purpose of the seminar is to present, promote, and provide support for the practical implementation of the C2C Toolkit. Existing practices and solutions in the area of City-to-City Diplomacy will be explored. Participants will have an opportunity to network, learn from each other’s experiences, and make concrete plans for future cooperation. |
