Description: Under a framework agreement with the Council of Europe for the provision of capacity building services for the Public Administrations, ISIG carries out the following activities:
- Implementation of the Leadership Academy programme (i.e. Interactive training programme of Council of Europe for the Public Authorities at all levels) in Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia;
- Update of the Leadership Academy programme training material;
- Development of a Toolkit on the evaluation of training programmes for the local authorities;
- Provision of expertise about the Cross-border Cooperation for specific training courses.
