Today ISIG was at the Committee on Culture and Education (CULT) of European Parliament (virtually) to present the results of the research “Disinformation and Science: A survey of the gullibility of students with regard to false scientific news”.
The findings of this study build on an extensive survey conducted in spring 2020 across 5 countries from Central and Southern Europe: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Italy.
The research was supported by the European Parliament’s Panel for the Future of Science and Technology (STOA) and by its European Science-Media Hub (ESMH).
