GO! 2025 – No limits – Gorizia (Italy), 24 September 2019
Second day of meetings with cultural operators and citizens of the Gorizia area after the great success of the questionnaire“Project proposals” launched by the Municipality of Gorizia with the support of ISIG to stimulate the ideas and projects of the cultural operators and citizens of the area in preparation for the candidacy of Nova Gorica and Gorizia as European Capital of Culture.
This second phase of the process of citizenship involvement consists of a series of thematic exchange meetings focusing on the four main axes of the application: Communication, languages and idioms; History and Memory; Environment and European Dimension.
Once again we can only thank the cultural operators who participated, further testifying to the liveliness of life and the cultural offer of the territory.
Today, in the meetings dedicated to History and Memory we have reasoned on the local cross-border historical experiences and on the need to combine the memories necessarily plurality with a shared future. The next meeting will be held on 2 October and will be dedicated to the Environment.
