Description: ISIG’s activities focus on providing consultancy services aimed at improving the way public administration bodies make decisions that affect individuals by adopting a more public service-oriented approach in the delivery of public services, in order to maximise the positive impact on the administrative justice system by reducing the number of appeals against its decisions. This activity of analysing the current practices of the public administration will take the form of two focus groups with all stakeholders, including those from civil society.
