ISIG activities: organizing World Café (in collaboration with BensaPM)

On December 3, 2013, a women’s meeting was organized in which various issues concerning the role of women in sports were addressed. The meeting was structured according to the world café methodology, a participatory process methodology that allows for maximum creativity and encourages the exchange of ideas and creative synergies. Several thematic tables were organized, each of which discussed a specific topic, proposing ideas, suggesting synergies and creative solutions. Each participant during the meeting contributed to multiple working tables, thus creating an opportunity to have multiple viewpoints and perspectives on each topic.
