Description Activity I – Leadership Academy programme: implementation, facilitation and coordination of “training for trainers” workshops and pilot implementation of the programme.
Description Activity II – Development of an interactive handbook on inter-municipal cooperation: research and focus groups with key stakeholders; organisation, coordination and facilitation of workshops: drafting, revision and correction of the handbook; presentations and video illustrations of the manual; organization of webinars of presentation to stakeholders.
Description Activity III – Study on the political participation of women at local level: research and activities related to the preparation of the study (interviews, carrying out questionnaires, etc.).
