ISIG researchers delivered the first stage of training of the LAP CBC to elected representatives and senior officers from 10 municipalities in the Euroregion Nisava border area (Serbia -Bulgaria). ISIG is one of the expert organisations supporting the Council of Europe in the delivery of the Leadership Academy for the past 4 years.
