Description: Analysis of cross-border cooperation in each border area in terms of SWOT analysis, forecasting and capacity building modelling. A self-assessment tool for local communities was developed so to provide continuous assessment of cross-border cooperation. Gathered qualitative data were made operational into an analytical, dynamic model providing best option strategies for cross-border cooperation development taking into consideration internal (i.e. socio economic, infrastructural, natural, etc.) and external (i.e. institutional, IR, financing, IMC, etc) variable.
